Sycamore Towers Renovations and Re-Use
Harlan Construction has been awarded the 8.2 million dollar restoration project in Petersburg Virginia. The City of Petersburg Housing Authority has executed an agreement with the VDHA for the renovation and restoration of the 100 unit building. The project is a Earthcraft certified project with a gold certification. job.
GunCotton Coffee Shop and Art Gallery
Harlan Construction has completed the historic renovation of the GunCotton Coffee Shop and Art Gallery. The City of Hopewell has already hosted the inaugural event in the space.
The building is a foothold for revitalization in downtown Hopewell and Harlan Construction is proud to be the design / build contractor for the job.
Atlantic Waste Management Helicopter Pad
Harlan Construction has completed construction of the helicopter pad at Atlantic Waste Management in Waverly, VA. The Virginia State Police began use of the pad on January 12th.
Dominion Low Volume Waste Water Treatment Systems
Harlan Construction has been awarded the contract to install duct bank and concrete structures at the Dominion Low Volume Waste Water Treatment System in Chester, VA.
Fort Picket Dam #14
Harlan Construction has been awarded the contract to repair the Nottoway River Dam. This project is funded by the Virginia Department of Military Affairs. Originally constructed during World War II the dam serves as part of the flood control and reservoir serving Blackstone, VA. Commecning in December of 2016 with completion scheduled for March 2017
Harlan Construction Completes the Dominion Warehouse LLC Project in King Williams.
The 110k square foot facility with a 3000 square foot Administrative Center sits under a Pre-Engineered Super-structure. The site is part of an on going 100 acre facility expansion in King Williams. The project was originally slated for completion in January of 2017 and has completed 2 months ahead of schedule
Harlan Construction has been awarded the CapUp Renovation at 238 Broadway. This 6500sf facility was originally an Auto Dealership in Hopewell, VA. CapUp, a Not for Profit, hired Harlan to design and construction the renovations for their new Art Gallery and Café. Scheduled for completion in December 2016.
